At first I thought that it was a strange gift to receive, but now I am hooked. It is fine white corn meal much like the meal corn tortillas are made from but a superior quality. Just add water and a little vegetable oil, salt, and put in a cast iron skillet at a high temperature for 1 hour. The Best.
